Training Plans

Joyful Tri Girl Coaching offers set training plans for Sprint and Olympic-distance triathlon, in addition to training plans for 5K, 10K, and half marathon. These plans include detailed workouts e-mailed to you in Excel format. Direct communication with a coach is not included in set plans but is offered with the individual coaching option.

Set training plans are ideal for you if you have the time and desire to make tweaks to the plan due to travel, health, other commitments, or ability.

Payment is accepted via check or PayPal.
